Main level has an office area that doubles as an additional bedroom when the Serta Futon is folded down into a full bed. Sliding the barn door shut provides additional privacy. The second level has three roomy bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses to suit a variety of mattress preference. There is plenty of closet and storage space for all your belongings in the bedrooms. 2nd floor bathroom is very roomy with a shower and tub. You will have the entire property to yourself. Check-in on your own with the Smart Locks Located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks from the lake and within walking distance of everything Two Harbors has to offer. Two Harbors is conveniently located off of MN Hwy 61 making it easy to drive to all that the North Shore has to offer! Visiting Duluth (25 min.), Gooseberry Falls (15 min.), Split Rock Lighthouse (25 min.) or Tettegouche State Park (35 min.), Temperance River State Park (50 min.), Lutsen (1 hr.), Grand Marais (1 hr. 30 min.), countless Trout Fishing Rivers and Streams, incredible Trails and the list goes on and on. There is no shortage of fun and exciting adventures that await you on the North Shore! Winter Off street parking is in effect in the City of Two Harbors starting November 1st. Between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. every day from November 1 of each year to April 30, vehicles must be parked off street to allow plows to run. There is ample parking in the back alley of the property next to the garage. There is also room for snowmobile trailers in the back (please see images) HOUSE RULES: • All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. • All check-ins are 'self' and contactless using your Smart Lock code that you will receive prior to arrival. To provide this service we may require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in. • Bookings made within 10 days of arrival may require additional documentation. • No smoking of any kind inside or outside of the home. • No pets allowed. • No outside shoes in the home. The home does have hardwood floors and carpet throughout so please don’t hesitate to bring your slippers • NO EVENTS - This home is designed for families and responsible adults.
