Welcome to Agate Bay Getaway, an 1888 charmer, featuring an open concept four bedroom two bathroom home in the heart of the Historic Lake Superior town of Two Harbors. This beautifully updated home is conveniently located just 3 blocks from the lake walk, where you can watch the ships, check out the Duluth Depot and Light House Museums, Agate Bay and Burlington Bay, 3 blocks to Castle Danger Brewery, McQuade's Coffee Shop, Louise's Place Café, Do North Pizzeria and so much more! The space You will love the large open living, dining and kitchen spaces at Agate Bay Getaway. There is a bathroom with shower off of the kitchen area. Main level has an office area that doubles as a main floor bedroom with a Queen bed and memory foam cooling gel mattress. Sliding the barn door shut provides additional privacy. The second level has three roomy bedrooms (two queen rooms and 1 twin over full bunk bedroom) with new memory foam mattresses to suit a variety of mattress preference. There is plenty of closet and storage space for all your belongings in the bedrooms. 2nd floor bathroom is very roomy with a shower and tub. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself. Other things to note NOTE: Early check-in and late Check-out available for a $35 per hr early or late check-in/check-out Fee, when it can be accommodated. NOTE: We provide a starter kit of paper products (TP & Paper Towels), and Shampoo, conditioner, Body wash, and lotion. NOTE: Winter Off street parking is in effect in the City of Two Harbors starting November 1st. Between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. every day from November 1 of each year to April 30, vehicles must be parked off street to allow plows to run. There is ample parking in the back alley of the property next to the garage. There is also room for snowmobile trailers in the back (please see images) HOUSE RULES: • All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. • All check-ins are 'self' and contactless using your Smart Lock code that you will receive prior to arrival. To provide this service we may require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in. • Bookings made within 10 days of arrival may require additional documentation. • No smoking of any kind inside or outside of the home. • No pets allowed. • No outside shoes in the home. The home does have hardwood floors and carpet throughout so please don’t hesitate to bring your slippers • NO EVENTS - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Please respect the home and clean up after yourself! • Two Harbors City Ordinance Quiet Hours – 9:30PM-7:30AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. • Deviation from these rules can result in an immediate eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
