Located in the quiet south of Sarthe, our renovated cottage with lots of charm has all the comforts to welcome you during your stay. Totally independent, our accommodation has a terrace, parking, a garden shared with the owners and a jacuzzi (April to October) At the foot of the Bercé state forest, close to the La Flèche Zoo (30 km), the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and museum (25 km), in the heart of the Loir Valley and close to the Ecommoy racecourse. The space A living room with its equipped kitchen (oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer) A living room area with sofa bed, TV Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, towel dryer A laundry room with washing machine, and toilet Upstairs, a mezzanine and a bedroom (wardrobe) A terrace with its outdoor table, umbrella, barbecue. A small corner with relaxing armchairs under the trees. A jacuzzi area has been created semi-outdoors, available on request for a fee of 10 euros per use (the time is programmed for 30 min) Usable from April to October depending on the weather Guest access The garden is accessible, it is shared with the owners Other things to note The Jacuzzi area is subject to a fee of €10 per use. A security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival
