This cute studio is decorated in a cozy & funky way. Most furniture is made with recicled wood and pallets. Colors are bright and big windows bring in a lot of light. It´s very comfortable and you will have all what you need for a nice and quiet stay. If you have a car, you can park for free in the neighbourhood, it's a safe area. Or there is a private parking a block away from the apartment. There´s NO EXTRA FEES. This 40m2 studio has a living area with a SmartT.V. with Netflix, dining table for four, a working desk, and a sleeping area separated with a curtain. It has an airconditioner (cold/hot air) and an electric heater. It has a full kitchen with fridge, icebox, oven and a gas stove with extractor fan, microwave, minipimer (mixer), toaster, coffee maker, juicer, and everything you need for cooking, and a bar! The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub, underfloor heating and mirror heater! (it doesn´t steam up). Most of the furniture and decoration was made by myself :) There's a washing machine free of charge. The Studio has a little balcony with a small garden. You can also use the roof terrace, with a typical argentinean barbecue and a solarium, enjoying the views of the city. The building has an elevator, so you won´t have any trouble with your luggage. You will have complete privacy during your stay if you wish. But I will always be available in case you want any information about the place, the neighborhood and the city, recomending places to visit or where to eat, etc. I speak Spanish, English, und ein bisschen deutsch. As the neighborhood is not right in the city center, it´s a quiet area to stay. Even though you have easy access to the main areas in town within a few minutes (consider traffic jams sometimes as it is a big city). In the area you can find all what you need: nice cafe´s, bars and restaurants; convenience stores, small or big supermarkets, stores of all kind. All within walking distance. You can access to all the public transportation within walking distance, or even connect and get anywhere in the city. Taxis are available 30 mts away. You have also free public parking in the neighborhood, or private ones if you prefer. Only a few blocks away you can access to some of the main avenues and highways in the city, letting you get where you want in a short time. The main airport (Ezeiza) is 30 minutes away by taxi. And the airport for domestic flights (Aeroparque) is 10 minutes away by taxi, or 20 minutes by bus. The main bus terminal for long distance travel is 20 minutes away by train, the train station is 3 blocks away. The Studio it is for maximun 2 adults.
