The room offers three single beds, two of which can be put together to form a double bed. You have a small sitting area with a table, satellite TV, fridge, coffee maker and kettle at your disposal. Crockery and cutlery are not provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. You have access to the balcony. Classic-sized towels are provided. Please bring your own bath towels if needed. All guests enjoy a sweet breakfast with rolls, croissants, various jams, butter, Nutella, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, served in the Bavarian lounges on the ground floor. Just minutes from the A99, you can easily reach Messe München, the airport, as well as Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee. In the village center within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, and restaurants. 12 parking spaces available. Smoking allowed on the balcony and outdoors. Pets on request.
