Apartment with all the infrastructure of a Resort and direct access to the beach. Next to Beach Park. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms being two suites with double bed and another with a single bed and a third bedroom with double bed and a double bed, with air conditioning. Living room and balcony with ceiling fans overlooking the central area of the condominium and full kitchen. The space The block is located in the middle of the Resort with quick access to all pools, restaurants and the beach. The Complex is divided into 3 islands, separated by a canal that can be used for kayaking. Each island has a swimming pool, sports courts, game room, toy library, recreators, playgroud, and more. On Sundays there is a children's train with characters (subject to alteration) that runs through the complex. On the weekends we have the presence of Food Trucks inside the complex, as another option for food. Next to the Resort we have a mini mall with restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, ATM and taxi stand Guest access They will have access to the infrastructure of the complex and access to the beach Other things to note The Resort allows the guest to bring drinks and consume them in the areas of the complex. As it is a personal item, we do not provide towels.
