"EL LAGUITO IS YOUR BEACH HOUSE" in Moñitos. A place without too many pretensions, but... Rich, personalized, quiet, clean, shareable, exclusive, beautiful, intimate, relaxed, unique, with details, reserved, cozy and more. An important detail to highlight is the location of all the rooms facing northeast, towards the more than 66 meters of lakefront. This allows for natural light throughout all the day, shaded and refreshed by the trees and palm trees that surround the entire property, and allows you to see the beautiful colors of the Colombian Caribbean sunsets in the sky. This is not just a 283 m2 house, but more than 3,373 m2 of exclusive land, with no other buildings within it, and a private lake. The house has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and wall fan, two full bathrooms, and one powder room. The solarium opened in December 2024, a space designed to enjoy the sun, right under the palm trees. There is a BBQ with a 5m outdoor kitchen, a 40m2 barbecue area, and a sandpit. All of this complies with biosecurity measures. All just for you and your family. On june 2025 is open, "The Sunken Living outdoor", one more space to enjoy the live at the Caribbean, inviting a cosy and intimate conversation area enhancing family and friends togetherness . Here you'll have the opportunity to cook or have your favorite food prepared. Sip a drink or juice while sitting on the bench immersed in the pool, enjoy the scenery, the tropical animals, the sunset, or enjoy a bonfire or barbecue right next to the house in an exclusive space. It is located in the only private complex in the area, which has an independent hotel and 24-hour security. On the beach, with more than fourteen kilometers to explore, you have a private kiosk to enjoy the view, the warm Caribbean waters, and the warm sea breeze. Included in the rate, for your convenience and subject to availability, pool maintenance is provided every three days and whenever there is a change of guests. Valid until 2026 Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to biosecurity measures, starting in October 2020, the pool will be hyperchlorinated every three nights to increase hygiene, disinfection, and care for our friends, guests, and community. There will be perimeter security. There will be no daily bathroom cleaning. This is the responsibility of the tenants. If needed, please schedule it (at no cost). We want everyone's well-being. Fortunately for us as a family, safety comes first, and we want to share that with our friends. Welcome! Looking to improve the amenities available at the house, two new air conditioners were installed in July 2019. In October 2019, new outdoor lighting was installed, the fire pit was built, and a slab system was added to the Totumo tree, creating a more welcoming space in the lounge and BBQ area. In January 2020, the Totumo area was illuminated. *See photos taken by one of our guests. In February 2020, one of the two TVs was upgraded to a flat screen. A Bluetooth speaker with karaoke was added, and new lighting was installed over the lake and in the Walking Tree. :-) ... A few more details. May 2020. Biosecurity measures and a Silvania UV lamp were adopted. Effective until 2025, if requested by the guest. By August 2020, a new pool filtration system was installed, along with new non-slip ceramic tiles on the pool stairs (Photo by Daniel), and the beach kiosk was renovated. By the first week of October 2020, new ceiling fans were installed; Natalia brought them (thank you). Since October 2020, all rooms have smoke detectors. Please do not smoke in enclosed areas, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and the laundry area. On November 2020, the bathrooms were renovated with ceramic tiles to improve hygiene. On December 11, the refrigerator and TV were updated. February 2021: Wi-Fi installation. March 2021: Remodeling of shelves, cupboards, and a TV in the social area. April 2021: Complete reconstruction of the cistern with ceramic tiles. May 2021: New hammocks and a new refrigerator. We installed two state-of-the-art refrigerators. December 2021: New non-slip "doll"-type flooring in the hallways and pool. BBQ kiosk renovation. Electric lighting on the north side and solar palm trees on the south side. July 2022: Installation of a wall fan in the three bedrooms with remote control. July 2023: New water bottle cooler. August 2023: New smart TV. December 2023: New pool filtration system and automatic chlorination. 50% larger than the previous one. December 2023. Kitchen remodel. February 2024. Mattress and other improvements. April 2024.
