Light-filled refurbished apartment in the heart of Higienópolis, the city's coolest bairro, overlooking leafy square and 1950s heritage buildings. Close to downtown and Paulista business district. The space A cozy yet spacious two-bedroom apartment, neat and finely furnished, overlooking Praça Vilaboim (square) in the heart of Higienópolis, a neighborhood that has some of São Paulo’s most iconic modernist buildings. The apartment is perfect for those who come to Sao Paulo for either business or leisure purposes, on a short stay or for a more extended period. The apartment has a stylish living room with a separate TV room/study and a spacious dining area connected to the kitchen. There is one ensuite bathroom between the two bedrooms, and a second bathroom at the other end of the apartment. Bedroom 1 has double bed, while bedroom 2 has a double bed convertible to two singles. The TV room has a full double sofa-bed. So the apartment can sleep six persons. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Guest access Third Party Reservations are not permitted at this location. All guests are required to send a photographic copy of their national ID documents or passport, using the AirBnB messaging system, ten (10) days before the beginning of their stay. Each guest in the group must submit ID details and guests should be the same as those cited in the original booking. If the person who made the original booking is unable to travel but other group members still plan to travel, the reservation must be cancelled and rebooked in the name of the new group leader. These conditions of entry are a requirement set by the building administration for all temporary residents. Guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms and should meet all our guests' requirement. Please note the building does not have any car parking, or common areas apart from the hallway. However, parking is available in the nearby streets and we have a special arrangement with a private car park at Pernambuco St n°75, about 200m from the building, which charges R$20 for 24 hours. Other things to note It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment. Likewise, it is not authorized to have pets, hold parties or receive visitors. The building is residential. No noise after 10 p.m. Use of apartment as filming location not permitted.
