This Condo is one of the largest condos (1400 sq ft) in the property with private balconies for each bedroom & one for the living room - open kitchen. It is perfect for a family of 5 or 6, with two wide living room areas that can be used as an extra bedroom. The condo features marble floors and shelves, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, flat screen tv's, ceiling fans, washer, dryer & more. It also has a king size bed in the master bedroom that can be set as a king or 2 twins. The space Beautiful, contemporary & spacious condo on the second floor, with a wonderful view to the Caribbean sea & Magia pools. The balcony has comfy seats so you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon while beholding the turquoise water. Guest access From May 6th for 5 weeks pools will remain out of service due to maintenance and repairs. Other things to note Guest amenities includes access to chairs and sun beds on the beach at our affiliated ASI Beach Club. This is a beach club and food or drink can not be brought for consumption. There is no minimum consumption and as a guest of the condo you are offered a discount. Please ask for the Special VIP card at check-in for many discounts and special treatment in Playa del Carmen and are available at the reception desk. - CLEANING SERVICES. Includes check out cleaning services, additinal during your stay are available, please request them 24h in advance. If you request additional cleaning service, the cost is 30 USD per event. It includes a change of sheets, changes of all towels, sweeps & mopping the floors, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the bathrooms, and taking out the trash. Besides, the unit has some cleaning items to keep the unit in good condition. - TOWELS / SHEETS CHANGE. Also, you have the option to ask only for towels or sheets change, each one will generate a cost of US$10 (1BR unit) US$15 (2Br units) each time. - GARBAGE. It must be placed in the containers located in the garage, again, the front desk staff can show you where it is located to dump it on your own. We do not provide garbage bags. Please do not leave the bags in the corridor or common areas. -SERVICES. Feel free to use the beach club facilities (sunbeds, umbrellas) it opens from 8 am to 4 pm. -QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or events are allowed. Loud noises in their apartment or in common areas of the Condominium are not allowed or anything interfering in any way with the tranquility, comfort, and convenience of any other guests. Our properties are adult and family-oriented vacation destinations. We require you to act accordingly. -SMOKING. No smoking inside the condominiums, it is allowed to smoke in the balconies. Please put the cigarette butts in the trash. -DAMAGES. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling, or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees to the renter. You are required to leave the unit as you received it. -OTHER CHARGES. 1 Water Jug costs 50 pesos (around US$2.50). There’s an State/City fee (Environmental fee) to be covered at the property when checking in of US$15 per night. -SECURITY DEPOSIT. You'll be required to leave a refundable security deposit of US$250.00 at check in.
