This is a wonderful place to stay with your family and/or friends and enjoy a Caribbean vacation. The space This villa is located in the exclusive Las Palmas area in Casa de Campo Resort! Approximately 1.3 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the marina, and it has an incredibly private backyard, with sweeping views of the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Casa de Campo Resort is a large residential complex with private entrance and 24-hour security. The villa overlooks the golf course and you can even see the ocean in the distance. Since it opened in La Romana, almost 50 years ago as the first resort in Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities the world over. Known as the best golf resort, Pete Dye's 3 golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the best golf courses in the Caribbean. This incredible 7000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the Dominican Republic's southeast coast, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with a pool in Playa Minitas. Casa de Campo also features many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón, a unique replica of a 16th-century Mediterranean village. Casa de Campo has its own airport, located just five minutes from the resort. To move around the resort, the villa rental includes a golf cart, which you can use inside Casa de Campo. It is an 8-bedroom villa with a private pool and Jacuzzi, cozy furnished terrace, huge backyard with a large lawn area surrounded by tall palm trees and a children's play area. This villa features an open floor plan with beautiful decor and design that includes many comfortable furnishings, marble floors and bathrooms, and double-height ceilings. It instantly invites you to relax and unwind and forget about the stress of everyday life. This is the place for you to have the best time with your family and friends. The villa has air conditioning in every bedroom, as well as ceiling fans, and there is usually always a pleasant ocean breeze. The garden offers plenty of green space to enjoy and if you are traveling with children, this is a great place for them to play. There's plenty of space, so get ready for lots of fun games! Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool or garden. Enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining room overlooking the lawn and take a nap on the comfortable sofas on the terrace. This is your private oasis where you can spend your vacation days in and around the pool and sunbathe on a poolside lounger. MAIN FLOOR: - On the main floor, you will find the beautiful dining room and a spacious separate family entertainment living room, with TV, radio and air conditioning. The family room opens up to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and connects to the outdoor terrace and pool. - The 3 main bedrooms are located on the main floor. Each master bedroom has a king-size bed, a single trundle bed, a closet, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a private bathroom. Each master bedroom also has a small terrace, sitting on a pond and overlooking the pool and outdoor areas. - The formal indoor dining room seats 16 people and has air conditioning, double-height ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. It's the perfect place to hold elegant dinners. Or if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to dine outdoors on the covered terrace. - The villa has a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and commercial restaurant appliances. The villa includes a cook, who will prepare your daily meals in the villa (food is not included), so you have less to worry about during your vacation. UPSTAIRS: - There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with 2 queen beds, a closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, and private bathroom. - You will also find a cozy living room with custom-made sofa beds. This is the perfect place to relax with a good book or just take a quick nap. DOWNSTAIRS: - On this floor, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms and also the private cinema, with a large 120-inch screen and surround sound. Guest access The guest has private access to the entire Villa. There is no additional charge for accessing our villa, but if you wish to use the resort facilities and sports, charges may apply depending on the activity you wish to do. As a registered guest of a villa or apartment in Casa de Campo, you have full access to the Casa de Campo resort, sports, and restaurants, similar to a villa owner or hotel guest. All guests renting private villas or apartments in Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club and, for a small daily fee, are granted full access to the resort's areas and services. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAMILY MEMBERS OF VILLA OWNERS AND FRIENDS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY, but they must still register at the office upon arrival. For guests who rent, the resort fee is $25 per day per adult (15 years or older), $15 per child (ages 10-14), free: children under 9 years of age. This fee is charged by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the front door during check-in. It allows entry to Playa Minitas and the use of beach chairs and towels, as well as significant discounts on activities throughout the resort. Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and stay details that will give them access to the following services and amenities: • Personalized service from Villa Owners Club concierges to coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, sports, and entertainment activities. • Golf course access, including advance bookings at special rates. • Use of the gym at a special rate exclusively for villa owners • Use of towels and sun loungers in the pool located in the hotel's main area, as well as on Minitas Beach • Golf cart rental for transportation within the resort (subject to availability) • Discounts, special offers, and promotions at restaurants, sports facilities, and other complex activities. • Access to health services at the Centro Médico Central Romana (medical center).
