Hakata Station is also about 13 minutes by subway + walk, making it the perfect base for sightseeing in Fukuoka City. The room is on the 4th floor of an old condominium, but there is no elevator and you will need to use the stairs. Also, there are many restaurants and night spots nearby, and the atmosphere is lively at night. It is a great base for those who want to actively enjoy Fukuoka. Garbage disposal ・ Please sort garbage and dispose of it in the designated garbage cans. About towels Towels are provided for one night only. About smoking (strictly prohibited) ・ Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. ・ If smoking is confirmed in the room, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged. Other things to note ・ We do not provide pajamas or condiments. ・ Accommodation for minors under 18 years of age is not allowed. House Manual ・ After check-in, please check the house manual in the room. Check-in / Check-out ・ Check-in: 4 pm - 11 pm ・ Check-out: by 10 am (cleaning will be done after 10 am) ・ Late fee: If you are late after 10 am, you will be charged 5,000 yen for every 30 minutes. About noise (important) ・ Please be quiet after 10 pm. ・ In the event of noise trouble, we may request immediate check-out and a 20,000 yen fine. For guests staying multiple nights ・ There is no towel change. - There is no cleaning service during your stay. ・ If you want garbage collection, please consult in advance. Other rules (subject to fines for violations) ・ If excessive dirt or damage is found in the room, we will charge additional cleaning and compensation fees. ・ If we find that the number of guests exceeds the number of guests booked, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person. ・ No pets allowed (except guide dogs). ・ We will only ship forgotten items by cash on delivery, and a separate fee of 2,500 yen will be charged. ・ We cannot dispose of large garbage. In the unlikely event that it is left behind, we will charge a disposal fee of 10,000 yen. ・ Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. ・ According to Fukuoka Prefecture ordinance, accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) is required separately. ・ Forgotten items will be stored for 1 week (food will be disposed of immediately).
