Magic house in Bonete. With sea view in Ilhabela

We are at the top of the hill, with an incredible view of the beach, mountains and forests. 15 minutes from the beach, next to the deep well and on the way to the overlook. Perfect for those looking to be in contact with nature! We built the house by hand, using a large part of local resources, a stone wall and clay to increase thermal comfort, a wood stove, a bathroom with water treatment that feeds the plants and an independent solar energy system. Outdoor area with lawn and fire pit area. The space A bio-built house that has 3 mezzanines, 2 ground floor rooms that can be used as a living room or bedrooms + kitchen and bathroom. This house is located within a permacultural site, which also has planting areas, hammocks in the treetops, a fire pit, as well as beautiful overlooks still within the property. Guest access Exclusive access to the house for guests, in addition to a good outdoor area in front of the house and great views of the sea and the entire bay of Bonete! Other things to note Important notice: Access to Bonete Beach, where we are located, is only by boat, which will be charged separately, directly with the boatman to be arranged, or by a 4- to 5-hour trail. The car must be left in São Sebastião or in the Borrifos neighborhood (south side of Ilhabela), where the trail begins.
