Grand Casa Rossa is an entire house with an exclusive gourmet area with a barbecue, comfortable sofas and a private pool, in the Jardim Botânico Casa Rossa Condominium, in Morro de São Paulo/Bahia. In its 4 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 11 people, upper floor with 1 suite with queen bed and 2 bedrooms with queen bed and auxiliary single beds and 1 social bathroom. On the ground floor, there is 1 suite with 1 queen bed and 1 extra bed, a large living room with a sofa, and a well-equipped American kitchen. The space Grand Casa Rossa is very airy, in the middle of the Atlantic forest, rustic decor, has a veranda, which is the heart of the house, perfect for receiving friends and family, next to the barbecue. It also has a private pool, giving comfort to those who stay. The whole house was designed to accommodate a family or group of friends who want to spend time together, cook on the property, and who want tranquility and comfort. Its rooms are spacious, quiet, have air conditioning, excellent quality bedding, white, aiming for your nights to be of absolute rest. The bathrooms, decorated with natural stones, are clean, and soft white towels will wrap you up after a delicious bath. The living room, with an open kitchen, allows those who are cooking to socialize with others. And if you prefer, a super retractable sofa will go down super well with some popcorn when it's time to watch a movie. That's it. The Grand Casa Rossa is perfect for you. Guest access The guest will have access, in addition to the house, to the common area of the Condominium, which has another large swimming pool in the middle of the woods and a barbecue area. The condominium is large and wooded and is exclusive to our rental homes. Other things to note Parties and loud music that exceed the limits of the accommodation and in the common areas are prohibited throughout the stay. The property will only receive the number of people informed in the reservation (children and adults) and registered at check-in. For registration, we ask that you send the documents of all guests. We change bed and bath linens every 5 days for long stays, free of charge, or sooner if requested, at an additional cost. About 60 meters from the condominium, you can find 4 mini-markets, a pharmacy, bakery and beverage distributor, and a very well-regarded restaurant about 100 meters away. Guests can also hire some delivery services for greater comfort. Housekeeping and other extra services are charged separately. We accept small pets, up to 10 kg. It is the guest's responsibility to verify that their pet meets this requirement and to respect the property's rules. ⚠️ If the animal is not small, the reservation may be canceled at any time, without the right to a refund, unless the cancellation occurs within the free period provided for in the reservation policy. The house is located 550 meters from downtown (Google), about 12 minutes from the first beach, a route to be traveled through the main streets of Morro, with easy access. We have no record of violence in Morro, and the guest can walk the streets at any time.
