Large apartment located in one of the oldest houses of Paquetá, in a quiet and silent street, surrounded by green, 30 mts. from the sea and 15 min. walk from the ferry station. It is housed within a large residential house of a family of 4 people next to the important historical region of the island. The entrance is common to both houses, but all of the spaces in the apartment are private. All environments are airy, with a breathtaking balcony and the certainty that your moments will be unforgettable.
