Fully air conditioned, our 2-story townhouse w/rooftop private terrace is in a small gated community with a pool. Ideal location to relax and explore the southwest of Puerto Rico. Walking distance to El Combate Beach and near to the historic Cabo Rojo Lighthouse, the beautiful 'Playa Sucia' and Boqueron Beach. Parking available for 2 cars. Water tank (cistern). No generator. No smoking allowed. We will personally check for any smoke odors before your departure. A $800 fee will apply. The space Comfortable townhome with ideal location to discover the SW of the island. Air conditioning in all areas. You will have the slow pace of a rural fishing town, but if you are missing the city, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King and others are within a short drive. The first floor of the unit has the living areas, 2nd floor has the bedrooms and the 3rd floor is a large roof top private terrace with spectacular views of the Caribbean sunset. Perfect for sipping margaritas, play cards or dominoes or just hang out in the hammock. Guest access The pool is shared with other tenants in the apartment complex. Other things to note 1. We are not responsible for last minute changes impacting pool availability. 2. Some pets are considered. Please contact owner for additional information and conditions. If your pet is accepted, an extra pet fee will be added to your reservation. 3. Power outages are rare in this area of the island. However, we are not responsible for power outages. No generator available. 4. Water cistern is available. 5. Do not put sandy clothes in washer or dryer. Aditional cleaning for sand in the equipment will have a minimum cost of $50 each one.
