The space Conveniently located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, the house has 3 floors with a rooftop for entertainment. The first floor has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 sofa bed, living room, full kitchen, patio, washer and dryer and can sleep 4. The upper level has 2 floors and can accommodate 8 guests. It provides 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, 4 patios, living room, dining room and a washer and dryer. The rooftop area has a heated infinity pool overlooking city/ocean, a grill, small refrigerator, bar, raised wood deck with lounging area and a bathroom/shower. WALK to everything within 5 minutes!!!! Shopping, restaurants, bars, ocean, beaches, a great local fish and fruit market, churches, parks, sports stadium and only a 10 minute walk to the world famous malecon/boardwalk. Brand new liquor/convenience next door along with an amazing restaurant/bar in which you will receive a 10 percent discount on the food as a guest of the house! THERE IS AN EXTRA GUEST CHARGE FOR PARTIES OVER 8 PEOPLE. $30 usd per person, per night. The house and pool are completely PRIVATE, no sharing! Lights illuminate the rooftop bar area for nighttime enjoyment. The view from the rooftop will take your breath away, from the mountains to the city to the expansive points of Banderas Bay. Watch the fireworks from the lighted pool, see the parasailers skim the horizon or watch the beautiful sunsets or relax in the ocean breeze. All toiletries and linens will be provided including soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Separate towels for the pool will be provided. House keeping is conducted after your stay. The pool is not heated from May 1st to Nov. 1st.
