This luxurious, Mexican-style villa can accommodate up to 16 guests and is located on a beautiful hill overlooking 3 of the prettiest beaches in Las Terrenas. Situated at the end of the Las Ballenas beach road, right where the river flows into the sea, it is only 100 meters from the beach and just 10 minutes to town by car. The villa has a big infinity pool that faces the West, so be ready to enjoy the best sunset views!!! The space This 2-story villa has a total of 7 bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning. All the bedrooms have an ocean view. Upper floor: Large, open living room on a huge terrace overlooking the infinity pool, Playa Bonita, and the mountains, with an American fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. 1 Master Bedroom with king-size bed and a big bathroom. 1 Bedroom with a king-size Bed and a bathroom. Lower floor: A spacious room to play billiards, watch TV, enjoy the bar, and a massage room. 1 Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and a big bathroom. 2 Bedrooms with queen-size beds and bathrooms. A “Family Apartment” of 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. These 2 rooms share 1 bathroom centered in the middle of both bedrooms. Big parking area for about 5 cars This villa offers some chef service. Breakfast and lunch can be prepared by the staff members. For dinner an extra chef can be organized for an additional cost. Other things to note Electricity for Air Conditioning: The electricity for air conditioning is metered separately and will be an additional cost for the tenant! No Parties: Please note that the villa is not to be used for any kind of parties. Music Volume: Enjoy your music at a normal volume to avoid disturbing the neighbours. From 10pm please ensure that no music can be heard outside the house. Prohibited Activities: It is not allowed to use hookahs, light fireworks or engage in similar activities on the property, including the garden and the terraces. Liability Disclaimer: Neither the owner nor the representative will be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses incurred by the tenant, their children, visitors or another other individuals on the property. They will not be responsible for the loss of valuables. External Influences: The owner or representative is not responsible for power outages, TV- cable and Internet disruptions or construction activities near the property.
