This air conditioned two level townhouse provides easy ground level access. The main level has a kitchen, living room with a gas fireplace and LCD TV, dining room, laundry, half bath and balcony with a barbeque. There are two bedrooms in the lower level; each with their own private full bathroom, walkout to a beautiful green space and LCD TV. This townhouse will sleep six people with a pull out couch on the main level. The space This is unit is a large 1020 square feet townhouse. All you need to do is bring your food and condiments as the kitchen comes with five appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. There is a private external storage room to safely store your ski or hang your bicycle. Bring your swim suits as there is a community hot tub and a fitness room. You can stay connected with free Wi-Fi. For your entertainment, there is an Xbox, cribbage board, chess, checkers Trivial Pursuit, Sorry, Battle Ship, Scrabble and backgammon set. We provide a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board to help you get ready for that important event. Guest access The townhouse has easy ground level access. ** Very Important ** Always take the townhouse keys with you as the entrance door is spring loaded and will automatically lock. Several keys has been lost. The key is a high security key and is expensive to replace. There is a $35 charge to replace a lost key. Parking is available on a first come bases. Please limit yourself to one parking stall. Extra vehicles can be parked on the street. Skis, snowboards, bicycles and other equipment must be stored in the secured exterior storage located next to the entrance to the unit. Access code is listed in our "rules" folder on kitchen counter, that provides you access to the fitness room and hot tub. Entrance is through the office located on the west (street side) of the complex. Once in the office, proceed down the stairs to access the fitness room, showers and hot tub. Rules for the hot tub are posted on the fence. Garbage and recycling bins are located at the west (street) entrance to the complex. Other things to note Our townhouse is only listed with Airbnb.
