Spacious, old house in excellent condition and cleanliness. The guest room has a table with a chair and a small open closet. There are two single bunk beds, allowing the room to accommodate up to 4 people. The space The house is old, spacious, very well maintained and clean. We are in the Butantã neighborhood, very close to the Butantã Institute (where you can visit for free and see snakes, spiders and monkeys up close) and very close to the University of São Paulo - USP, the best in the country. There is even pedestrian access to USP through the Butantã Institute, in 15 minutes you are inside. The street is residential and quiet. There is a cafeteria, restaurant and pharmacy about 500 meters away. We offer bed and bath linens and pillows. There is a washing machine. We will be here to welcome you and assist with anything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The possibility of going on foot or by bicycle to USP or to the subway (where there is a bicycle rack) is one of the most positive aspects. 15 minutes from the Butantã Metro, from this station you can reach the Fradique Coutinho station in less than 5 minutes, which gives access to the restaurants and bars of Pinheiros and Vila Madalena, and 10 minutes to reach Avenida Paulista with its cinemas, bars, shops, offices. We have 2 gentle dogs. There is a parking space. Bus stop 200 meters away.
