A Scandinavian-style house with an exclusive pool and sauna, located in the heart of the Island Beskids, on the grounds of the old orchard. Offer for people who value beautiful views and relaxation in the middle of nature away from the hustle and bustle of large holiday resorts. Habitat surrounded by approx. 1.5 hectare orchard and meadow. There is a gazebo with a grill and a fire pit. The house also has an exercise room equipped with an atlas, bicycles, a ladder, and a foosball table. The space A year-round, Scandinavian-style wooden house with high ceilings and panoramic windows overlooking the orchard and peaks of the Island Beskids. In front of the house there is a swimming pool and a wooden terrace with a place to relax. The house consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms, a sauna, and an exercise room. Each bedroom has a double sofa bed and a mezzanine with a double sleeping area. The exercise room offers a small atlas, two workout bikes, and a foosball table. The 8x4m pool with a depth of 1.5m is open in the summer season from early June to mid-September. The wood-fired sauna is available from September to May. Guests have access to a gazebo with a grill, a fire pit, and a meadow with soccer goals. There is also a second home on the habitat, where the land maintenance hosts live. Guest access The entire home and pool are for guests' exclusive use. Other things to note Due to the depth of the pool (150cm), children should remain under adult supervision. If using the fireplace or sauna, we ask that you do not leave them unattended. When using the air conditioning, we ask that you close the windows and turn off the air conditioning in case of a prolonged absence from the house.
