2 bedrooms with breakfast in a family home

We live in a residential neighborhood on a quiet and tree-lined street, quiet place, on the street we have a 24-hour lookout with a guardhouse in front of the house. We have accommodation for up to 3 people, one bedroom with a double bed for one or two people and one bedroom with a single bed for one person. The bathroom in front of the bedrooms is for the exclusive use of the guests.
