The space The apartment is in a quiet area of Canasvieiras beach, with less movement and greater safety for bathing. And best of all, we're on the beach, with direct access through the garden. You sleep listening to the waves of the sea. The location is very safe and with closed and covered parking for 1 car. Wi-Fi and cable TV. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 single mattress. It has bed linens, towels, pillows, hairdryer. Equipped kitchen with barbecue. Service area with a washing machine. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. It has chairs and an umbrella for the beach. House rules Check-in: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Checkout: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Small pets are allowed. No parties or events allowed. Respect the neighborhood and the condominium rules. Send the full name and identity document number (CPF or Passport) of all guests up to 48 hours before check-in, not exceeding the number of people stipulated in the reservation. Overnight stays by people who are not on the list provided are not allowed. Noise in the apartment that may disturb the neighbors is not allowed, especially after 10 p.m. according to the law of silence (State Law No. 126/77). Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, we have adopted the general cleaning procedure for the apartment between reservations and added a 24-hour interval between them. For reservations of 28 days or more, the guest will be charged for the electricity consumed. The invoice sent by the concessionaire will be attached to the Airbnb platform and Airbnb will ask the guest to pay the invoice. The Guest will have 72 hours to complete the payment. Guest access The guest has free access to the place, carrying keys and control of the gate.
