Being located within the city, it has the advantages of finding nearby restaurants, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets and also enjoying a spacious and pleasant house. IMPORTANT: The value includes the maid service. The space The house has 5 spacious and comfortable rooms, each with a ceiling fan, only 3 rooms have air conditioning. There are 4 full bathrooms inside the house, one outside in the pool area with its dressing room. It has a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, 2 large living rooms, 1 dining room and spacious corridors to share with family or friends. The house is not rented without the butler, Javier, a very good person, who mainly deals with the security of the house. He is a person who is present on the property to also be aware of what guests may need. His room is separate (in the back) but he constantly goes to certain points of the house to check what to do and do a round of surveillance outside the house. He will not interrupt guests' stay.
