Sítio Edelweiss - Your House in the Mountains

The house consists of 2 floors, with a total of 7 en-suites. Four on the ground floor and three on the 1st floor. Our office (one of the en-suites described on the 1st floor) is reversible to a large en-suite that accommodates up to 4 people. Our social environment consists of a living room, dining room and reading space. In the outdoor area, we have a beautiful balcony with a gourmet space, where you can taste your cheeses and wines and enjoy the stars. The space You'll find paradise. Rest surrounded by lots of greenery, the song of birds and the beauty of hummingbirds. Not to mention the climate, always mild and particularly cool, even on summer nights. All this, surrounded by a wide variety of pine trees with an average age of 40 years, planted and developed with care and attention by the hands of their owner. Because we are practically inside a forest, noise is welcome as long as it does not disturb the tranquility of our valley, so until 10 p.m. we tolerate sound at a moderate level and after this time, all equipment must be turned off, so we do not recommend our site for parties or events. The area is safe because there are many sites around and the distance from the Lodge to shops such as supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants that are approximately 15 minutes by car. Although advertised for 16 people, we can accommodate up to 20 !!! Guest access Sítio Edelweiss is a property composed of 2 totally independent areas. One of the areas belongs to the Main House (Sítio Edelweiss), and the other area belongs to the Romantic Cottage. The only common area on the property is the parking lot, after the main gate. The Main House also has exclusive parking next to the house. The tennis court, exclusive to the Main House, is under maintenance, and its use is not recommended. Each plot has its own exclusive swimming pool and leisure area, so the areas of use are restricted to the rented area, preserving the privacy of each party. Guests renting the Chalet will only be able to use the Pool and the Chalet area. Guests renting the Main House will only be able to use the pool and the Main House area. Due to the independence of each area, both spaces can be rented at the same time, remembering that privacy is fully maintained in each of the areas. If you are interested in renting the space exclusively (Main House and Romantic Chalet), reservations must be made separately. Other things to note Notes: * Bed and bath linens: NOT included. * Voltage: The voltage of the site is 220 Volts. * Sound: Only allowed until 10 p.m. After this time, all equipment must be turned off. * Television: Televisions only in the living room, and in suites 1, 2 and 4 (Ground Floor); the rest of the suites do not have a television.
