This historic property located on Cerro Alegre, was fully renovated in 2006 and continues in the hands of direct descendants of the family. The first owner, an immigrant from Sardinia, Italy was declared illustrious son of the city of Valparaiso. The space This family house was built in English style in 1920. Its privileged location, in the center of Valparaiso's historic neighborhoods, provides the opportunity to walk to museums, art galleries, restaurants and the city center.This apartment has no direct view over the bay, but a wonderful view of the hills. Guest access Through the main entrance to the house, you access the apartment on the 2nd floor by stairs or elevator. The guests will have access to private house gardens and parking space. Upon request, you can get access to the family living room. Other things to note The second bed is a queen size Pull-out sofa in the main Living-room, where 2 additional guests can sleep (for a total of 4 guests). Breakfast and many other additional services (live cooking, restaurant reservations, museum tickets, laundry, city tours, boat tours, emergency services, etc.) can be arranged through the local host. None of these extra services are included in the airbnb rate. Fees for extra services should be settled directly with the local host.
