Facing the sea, it has a private balcony with wooden flooring and a hammock, creating a cozy space, from where you can contemplate the Pacific Ocean and Drake Bay. As part of the lodge's identity, each room is named after a bird of the country, a detail that invites you to discover more about the Costa Rican ecosystem. From the property you will have direct access to the beach and you can walk paths surrounded by vegetation. In addition, you can hire, directly with us, tours and guided excursions to Corcovado National Park and Isla del Caño. Guest access At our lodge in Drake Bay, on the southern coast of Costa Rica and very close to Corcovado National Park, you will enjoy the perfect combination of comfort and nature. All rooms feature air conditioning, bedding, towels, and Starlink WiFi throughout the complex. Luggage storage is available at the office so you can make the most of your time even before check-in or after check-out. TOURS AND EXCURSIONS: From the lodge you can book tours and excursions to Corcovado National Park, Isla del Caño and many other experiences in the area. We recommend booking in advance to secure your place. TRANSFERS AND ACCESS: - We offer free pick-up service at the beach upon arrival by boat. To use this service, you need to book the transfer with a specific company. Once your stay is confirmed, we will send you the directions to coordinate it and facilitate your arrival. - If you fly to Drake Bay Airport, we can arrange a taxi to the lodge for $10 per person. - If you arrive by vehicle, we have free parking until full capacity. Although it is possible to access by 4x4, the easiest and most picturesque way is by boat from Sierpe, enjoying an authentic tour of the coast and mangroves. FOOD AND DRINKS: - You have a common dining room and breakfast room, covered and open, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Drake Bay, accessible at any time of day. - Breakfast and meals are not included in the price and are booked one day in advance to ensure availability, although you can also have lunch or dinner without a reservation if there is room. - The water is not drinkable throughout the Drake Bay area, but you can buy bottles and soft drinks at the front desk or refill your bottle in the refill tank available in the complex. Other things to note Due to our natural and rugged environment, sometimes the Wi-Fi may not work properly or there may be water cuts for a few hours, especially in the rainy season. Being in one of the most biodiverse areas in America, the presence of insects is normal. - Check-in after 7:00 pm is not possible. - To access the property, it is necessary to climb approximately 100 steps; in some rooms it will be necessary to climb a few more. - The nearest airport is Drake Bay Airport, just 2 kilometers from the lodge.
