La Candelaria, Bogota, Colonial Apartment

Very comfortable colonial style apartment in the ground floor of the building complex located in the heart of Bogota's La Candelaria historical center. The space The apartment is surrounded by the main Universities, restaurants, bars, pubs, laundries, supermarkets and small shops in La Candelaria, the core of the Bogota’s Historical Center where all the government buildings are, including the main Cathedral, the presidential house and the City Hall, museums and other amenities and historical places. Public transport is available at walking distance. The apartment is a colonial style, part of a complex with 24 Hs private security guards. It is also part of a colonial patio with plants and trees. It has a living room with fireplace and a full kitchen-dining room as seen in the photos, one bathroom with shower, a bedroom with either two single beds or a King size bed as required. All beds are 2 meters long and have medium hard mattresses. The apartment is furnished to accommodate maximum 3 people as it also has a sofa-bed in the living room. Firewood for the fireplace is not included but is available at the guest own cost. Wi-Fi is available and included. Cleaning service and changing of bed sheets and towels is included once a week. Check in and check out are flexible if the schedule permits, otherwise check in is at 14:00 and check out at 10:00 AM. We wish you a pleasant stay. Guest access The guests have access to the colonial patio and the parking lot when needed. Other things to note Please note that is preferible a minimum stay of 30 consecutive days (29 nights).
