Other things to note I am renting the house from July to December, the amount of each month would be 7000 plus expenses such as condominium and electricity bill - the house is inside a gated community, has a private beach, club with swimming pool, sauna, soccer field and volleyball court and waterfalls inside the condominium. The house has 4 en-suites, a swimming pool and barbecue area, and is fully air-conditioned. A very pleasant environment!!!
