Fully furnished house, very comfortable, 12 blocks from beach, closer to the center. Near shopping mall and bus stop. I rent 1 private room with private bathroom, with AA and fan. Shared pool, hot water. Equipped kitchen. I'm living in the house, have my own bedroom & bathroom . Residencial Ximbalquin is very quiet private and safe neighbourhood. There is a convienient stores oxxo a block away. Beautiful pool, palapa, gym. Very close to restaurants , pharmacy. Green areas to go for a walk. The space Beautiful subdivision, super safe and central!!! A short distance from the beach and the Maya Shopping Center, where you will find cinemas, a supermarket and a wide variety of businesses!!! The subdivision has a large swimming pool, ideal for exercising, as well as a gym and palapa. Guest access The common areas available to enjoy include a very nice sized pool, equipped gym, a large palapa for meetings and an ideal place for walks. Playground for kids!!!
