Our compact studio is modern and very comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay — whether you're coming for a holiday or remote working. It's located in an apartment block in La Floresta, the best neighborhood in Quito for culture, arts, dining out and safety. The studio, which is perfect for one person, has its own independent entrance and a shared washing area. It's up to guests how much contact they want to have with us. Wi-fi is fast at 80 Mbps (verified using Airbnb app). The space It's compact, comfortable and modern, and extremely well-located for making the most of Quito. Our apartment building is adjacent to the United States Ambassador's Residence and garden. So it's very quiet (and safe!).
