Vilarejo da Lagoa is close to restaurants, beach, lagoon, shopping, pharmacy, 24-hour bank, tasting point and live music, bakery, ice cream parlor, markets, snack bars, gas station, pizzeria. Guest access DISTANCE TO THE BEACH - 700 meters The guest has access to the community pool, - Outside the Condominium, there are 2 kiosks with barbecue grills, one of which contains a pizza oven. To use the Gourmet Area, a reservation and advance payment must be made with the ADM. - Common area has: Pool table, Foosball, Playground. Other things to note As soon as the guest contacts the Host, the list of Household Items and Furniture and a House/Condominium Rules Agreement will be sent to the guest for their information. Respect the Law of Silence, - Do not play loud music - Do not play double-entendre or vulgar songs - Do not hang clothes /towels or anything on the window, wall, mezzanine sill or on the balcony chairs. - Do not make the lawn an extension of the house.
