Welcome to our Massive Lake front home on Sturgeon Lake. A fantastic area for boating, fishing and for a family getaway. Only an hour and a half away from Toronto. Our lovely four-season cottage features seven bedrooms, five washrooms, two kitchens, two dining rooms, spacious family room and an inground pool and hot tub. Four bedrooms on the upper level, one on the main level, and two in the basement. Our spacious cottage can easily provide comfort for more than one family. The space The oversized master bedroom is secluded on the upper level and features a king-sized bed and walk-in closet equipped with a dresser, armoire, and safe. The master bedroom has a loveseat and table, 40” HD TV with full Cable TV and Netflix, nightstands, dressers, and a 5-piece ensuite washroom with a large clawfoot tub and shower to relax in. Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen sized beds, nightstands, dressers and closets. The fourth bedroom upstairs boasts a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, and a 3-piece ensuite with a stand-up shower. The main floor has one bedroom with queen size bed and washroom close by. The first basement bedroom features a bunk bed, and two more single beds and closet, perfect for children. The second basement bedroom has a queen-sized bed, built-in side tables and a closet. There is plenty of room for kids to play board games, play with toys or read books on rainy days in their own space away from the main living areas. Internet and streaming services for movies and TV is available for your use as well. There is one 3-piece washroom with stand-up shower available on the main floor, 5-piece ensuite in the master bedroom, one 3-piece ensuite in the upstairs bedroom, one 5-piece washroom in the hallway upstairs with a large bathtub, plus an additional 3-piece washroom in the basement. Massive three car garage and parking for nine cars in the driveway. Dedicated workspace with desk upstairs. Full sized washer and dryer available for use. Dock for fishing or swimming. Two kayaks. Life jackets (2 medium, 2 large and 2 children). This quiet, private cottage has two kitchens, one in the basement and one large kitchen on the main floor. The main floor kitchen includes a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and pantry for storage. The basement kitchen includes a fridge, oven, dishwasher and storage inside the cabinets. There is an open concept living area with two large dining areas comfortably seating fourteen guests, ¬¬one of which overlooks the water. The living area features lakefront views and a 75” HD TV with full cable TV and Netflix. You will not feel cramped in this space. Walk out to the lovely stone backyard and enjoy the summer sun and overlook the beautiful scenery of Sturgeon Lake. There is a propane BBQ, inground pool, hot tub, patio table and chairs, sun chairs and fire pit available in the backyard for your enjoyment. 2 kayaks are available for use. Life jackets are provided (2 medium, 2 large and 2 children). *PLEASE NOTE* The pool is closed from mid September - mid May. Also, our boat launch is for owners use only.
