Although the Wi-Fi is equipped with a battery, in case of a longer outage we can’t guarantee internet all day long. - Our host on-site offers friendly support. - Electricity backup generator: Power outages are currently part of daily life in Cuba and may occur at different times. To make your stay more comfortable, the house is equipped with a backup generator that can supply the entire property, including Wi-Fi, water and up to two AC units in parallel. Included in your nightly rate: In case of an outage, the generator is available for up to half an hour in the morning and/or half an hour in the evening, depending on timing. Optional extended use: Additional generator hours are possible by covering fuel costs (approx. USD 10–20 per hour). Details are provided via our concierge service. Your terrace is not directly attached to the apartment, but on the roof of the building on the 4th floor, so that you have a view over the city. The apartment is for your exclusive use and there will be no other guests. It has 2 common areas, a living room and a dining area with kitchen. A room in the front will be used by our host and also for storage. Usually someone will be there, but for better planning we appreciate if you announce your check-in time in advance.
