Living place (sofa and table) and sleeping place in the same room, without division, similar to hotel room layouts. Smart TV can be viewed from the bed, sofa and round table. Smart TV with local channels, streaming channels, Youtube. You can watch Netflix if you have your own account to login. There is no cable TV. WI-FI and Air Conditioner available in the studio apartment. Small kitchen has a small refrigerator, small 2 burners stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. 5 minutes walk from Copacabana beach, with easy transportation access to all parts of the city. 8 to 10 minutes walk from Ipanema Beach The studio has window with side view to the street (see the pictures), it is bright and it is on the 4th floor which is equivalent to 5th floor in terms of height. The profile of the guests are easy-going couples or people who value very good location, good price and necessary comfort to provide a good stay. It is not a luxurious studio, but it is modern, well furnished and has what it is necessary for a good stay. The building has 3 elevators, 24 hour access and security cameras. Things to consider before booking: It is not possible to receive a refund if you decide to leave before the checkout date. So make sure the number of nights you want to stay is correct before booking this apartment. Guest access We, the property owner does not live in the same apartment. The guest has complete independence as if he/she was in your home. Actually the guest rents the entire apartment. Other things to note There are bars, restaurants, coffee shop, supermarkets, grocery shop, and laundry and launderette nearby.
