Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sand beach, and just a 10-minute walk you can reach the Cerrano Tower, an ancient port now home to the Protected Marine Area that bears the same name "Torre del Cerrano". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price.
