You simply cannot beat the ski-in/out access offered by the Aspens. In the summer, bike trails to Lost Lake Park and the weekly Farmers Market are right on your doorstep. The Aspens is located slope side in the Whistler's Upper Village and is a short walk down the hill to a number of pubs and restaurants in the Upper Village, or a 15-minute walk to the main village. You can also take the free shuttle from the village to just outside the complex. If you are looking to be central but prefer a quiet and more comfortable environment, then this is the ideal place for you. SKI ACCESS: Ski Out – Simply pick up your skis from the ski valet, walk past the hot tubs and out through the gate, clip on your skies for a less than 1 minute ski to the Blackcomb Gondola base to upload Blackcomb Mountain. Ski In – off Lower Cruiser/Merlin’s ski run on Blackcomb Mountain and enter through the same gate. Please be aware that ski-in/ski-out access is weather-dependent and typically available from late December through March. If you'd like confirmation of snow conditions before your arrival, feel free to reach out to our Guest Services team. PARKING: Underground secure parking is available at the complex for $25/day per vehicle (height restrictions may apply - the parking garage clearance is 6’9”). IMPORTANT BUILDING NOTICE: May 11 – July 2026 (Direct Unit Impact) At ZenAway, we believe in providing a seamless and serene experience. Please be aware of the following maintenance specifically impacting this home: Direct Deck Work (Starting June 15): Repairs to this unit's deck will take place for approximately four weeks. Please expect significant daytime noise and restricted balcony access during this period. Exterior Painting (Starting July 2): This unit is scheduled for exterior painting immediately following the deck work for approximately two weeks. Building Amenities: Foundational noise (May 11 – June 8), lobby/gym floor work (May 27 – June 4), and pool/hot tub maintenance (June 1–5). Two hot tubs will always remain available. Window Cleaning: Exterior windows will be cleaned in mid-July. Every effort is made to ensure your stay is comfortable, and our team is available 24/7 for any assistance you may need. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to our one bedroom condo, private balcony patio, and the Aspens' amenities including 3 hot tubs, a heated pool, and fitness center and secure bike storage. Included in the unit are towels and linen for your stay, a hair dryer, kitchen appliances, coffee, tea and hot chocolate for after those cold ski days or cool summer nights. There is a washer and dryer in the building for your convenience. The reception is open 24/7. Underground secure parking is available at the complex for $25/day per vehicle (height restrictions may apply). Other things to note ** Please note the pool and a single hot tub will be shut down from Monday September 16 to Tuesday October 1 2024 to do some maintenance and repairs. However, never fear the two hot tubs outside the gym will still be open for guests to use during this time. ** - ZenAway guests get access to exclusive discounts on rentals and activities in Whistler. Please let us know if you're interested in personalized concierge services. - We offer a very detailed Guidebook which will detail out everything you need to know during your stay including full check-in and check-out details to ensure your experience goes smoothly from start to finish. - Included with all ZenAway Whistler reservations is a damage waiver of up to $500 CAD that covers accidental damage during your stay, personal concierge services, and 24/7 guest communication. - All bookings required a signed rental agreement within 24 hours in order to confirm the reservation. - A mid-stay clean is included for bookings over 10 days applied every 10 days of the stay. This is a surface clean of the kitchen, bathroom(s), and bedroom(s) and does not include a linen change but guests may request an upgrade to a full linen change (additional charges apply). - Note that in the summer we have an AC unit in the main bedroom and a fan for the living room. - Minimum 25 years old for person booking the property.
