The space The best accommodation in SJC for you to rest, work, study and much more. Our space is a 41-square-meter private suite, plus a bathroom. The entire space is furnished, with a king-size bed, heated shower, spacious bathroom, hairdryer, towel, blanket and pillows, iron, 90-liter minibar, 50-inch Smart TV, fan, and a table for eating and working. The internet is via Wi-Fi with 300 mega, perfect for work or studies in the home office, and for your leisure we have an Amazon Prime Video subscription. Attached to the room, we offer a shared space with other rooms that features a full kitchen for preparing meals equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, cutlery and more. In addition, we also provide a service area with a washing machine and drying space. We are located in the Industrial Park, near the Regional Hospital of São José dos Campos and Clínicas Sul, with easy access to the Presidente Dutra Highway (BR116). Near the accommodation are bakeries, supermarkets and various types of commerce. The neighborhood is typically residential with low street noise. If necessary, we also have a garage for a medium-sized car where you can safely store your vehicle, being activated through a key delivered at check-in. We also inform you that the bedrooms are on the upper floor, and therefore it is necessary to use a 16-step staircase. The kitchen and service area are on the ground floor. We are always thinking about your comfort and, therefore, we try to leave the environment always clean and pleasant for your stay. Guest access The bedroom with bathroom is private, and the kitchen, dining room, garage, patio and garden are shared. Other things to note We kindly ask you to pay attention to the cancellation policy and house rules, so that we can continue to provide the best experience at the lowest possible price. At first, we put in the ad that we do not accept pets, just because we do not have an adequate structure prepared to receive them.
