The elevated road in front of the building turns into a spot for leisure and sports every night starting at 10 pm, every Saturday starting at 3pm and during the whole day on Sundays and Holidays. Sao Paulo is known for its excellent cuisine and the apartment is close to many great restaurants for all tastes and pockets (and we'll be glad to give you some suggestions!). The apartment has 110 m2 (1,184 ft2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen, an open laundry area and hosts up to 5 people comfortably. The biggest room has 1 double bed while the other two have 1 single bed in each. There is also a single mattress available. The kitchen is fully equiped with frigde, stove and oven, microwave, dish washer and utensils. The laundry as a washing machine and clotheslines. Smoking is allowed! We speak English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
