The house is located 8 blocks from the Plaza de Armas of Ayacucho in front of the Alameda Valdelirios. Floor 1 has a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and a garden with terrace, wood-burning oven and grill, and a garage for 2 vehicles. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and hot water and a cinema room. On the 3rd floor is the gym, game room and laundry room. And on the 4th floor is the pool with a furnished terrace where you can see the entire city of Ayacucho. The space The pool is located on the fourth floor, it has a furnished terrace and grill and dining area, the gym is properly equipped and the games room has a pool table, table soccer and ping pong table available to guests.
