Upper Level: 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 full baths, and a hallway mirror closet. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Main Level: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area leading to the covered deck, pool, and garden. Includes a powder room and utility room with washer, dryer and clean up amenities. Lower Level: Optional 4th suite with king bed, smart TV, mini-fridge, 2 and 3 seater couch (not a fold up) and ensuite full bathroom. Automatically accessed for groups over 8 guests at US$50 per person per night sleeping 2 persons. Or if under 8 guests for extra space, on request at US $50 per night. Extras include solar-panel hot water, USB charging ports, and a Keurig coffee maker with starter essentials. Check-in: 3pm – 10 pm | Check-out: by 11 am. Guest access Lower garages, workman shed, security room, 2 store rooms on lower level and roof top which houses solar panels are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Providence Estate is a self-catering villa designed for comfort and convenience. Housekeeping, chef, spa, and babysitting services can be arranged during your stay (additional fee). The villa is stocked with fresh linens, bath and beach towels, starter cleaning products, coffee filters and more. A Keurig coffee machine is provided — guests may bring their preferred pods.
