Fichi D'India is one of seven studios inside a building called "Al Palazzetto", located on the first floor of the recently renovated building. Located in a strategic and convenient location to visit the main tourist attractions of the area. In the immediate vicinity of the property are: the Benedictine Monastery, the Pescheria, the Greek Amphitheater, the Cathedral of Catania, the Ursino Castle and the Via Etnea. The space The Fichi d'India apartment is a cozy and spacious environment, perfect for your relaxation. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with a beautiful green wall behind the double bed that recalls the colors of the prickly pears. If necessary, a cot or a single bed for an adult can be added, making it ideal for families as well. The kitchen is completely new and super-equipped, with everything you need to comfortably prepare your meals. In addition, you will find a washing machine available, so you can manage your laundry during your stay. Fichi D'India is located on the ground floor of the building, while the terrace, which is common, is located on the second floor and can only be reached by internal stairs. We are sure you will feel at home! Guest access Dear guest, to facilitate your arrival, we provide you with some instructions on how to access the apartment, even if you arrive late in the evening or at a time when we cannot be present in person. Access to the building: 1. Door code: You will be sent a code by phone. This code is required to open the main door of the building. Once you have received the code, simply enter it on the door keypad to access. Access to the apartment: 2. Key safe: After passing the door, you will find a small safe with the name and symbol of your apartment. Also for this, you will receive a second code by phone, which will allow you to open the safe and take the keys. 3.
