The space On the main floor of the house is the kitchen, TV room, formal dining room, living room and balconies, all integrated and elegantly decorated in beach style with an artistic touch. On the same floor, there are also two suites with double beds, a separate bathroom and a view of the house's gardens. The house opens onto a covered balcony with table and chairs, and hammocks to relax. The well-kept gardens lead to the wooden deck, infinity pool, gourmet space with barbecue, pizza oven, toilet and sauna overlooking the sea. On the second floor there are three suites, all with ocean views. The first suite is the master with a double bed, a separate bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. The second suite has two twin beds with four single beds, and a separate bathroom. The third suite has a double bed, and a separate bathroom. The house is rented with two employees, a housekeeper and a maid/cook, who help keep the house clean and tidy during your stay, and also prepare meals. Guest access The entire house is available to guests. Other things to note We ask that guests pay for electricity and water consumption during their stay. We look at the meters when you check in and out and use the last bill to make the calculation. In this house, consumption averages R$100 - 180 per day, but it depends a lot on your consumption. *We have 2 employees who accompany the rental, the caretaker takes care of the outside area of the house and the employee does the cleaning and tidying of the house and also cooks well.
