Designed for a business or tourist stay, this quiet place is also ideal for unwinding. The space This modern and comfortable apartment is nestled in the hills of Vienne. It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room with American kitchen (central island with 6 seats) and sofa bed, a bathroom, separate toilet and a very spacious terrace of 40 m2 facing the countryside. The terrace shaded by a blind brings a very pleasant outdoor well-being with an east/south/west exposure. In this cross-accommodation, the bay windows offer beautiful brightness and the comfort of roller shutters. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (washing machine and dishwasher). Available: air conditioning, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi network (fiber). The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6 beds. Possibility to add a newborn bed or a travel cot (free). No smoking allowed inside. Revigora's private outdoor parking is free. The apartment is available for a minimum rental of 2 nights up to 3 months. Guest access You will have access, via the entrance to the Residence, the reception, the shared laundry room if necessary, as well as your accommodation. At the reception, you will have at your disposal regional organic products priced, which will allow you to eat: cooked jars, snacks, all salty and sweet, drinks (beers, wines and fruit juice). You can book breakfasts on arrival, to be brought to your accommodation in the morning between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., at a price of 14 euros per person. Other things to note If you arrive by the red gravel climb from Vienna, at the top of the climb, on the flat, you will turn left at the sign "REVIGORA, tourist and business residence". If you arrive by the East ring road, you will find the same sign, this time indicated "REVIGORA, tourist and business residence - 150 m on the right". You will then find your parking lot in front of the Residence at 458, Montée du Gravier Rouge - 38200 Vienne.
