A natural paradise surrounded by the Sossego Ecological Reserve, with full view of the Ocean, Camboinhas Beach, Rio de Janeiro and its famous mountains. Located 50 m from Sossego Beach and 400 m from Camboinhas Beach. Beautiful and cozy mansion with large outdoor area with swimming pool, barbecue grill, hanging garden, surrounded by lots of green, birds, monkeys and the sound of the sea. All this just 30 km from Rio. We do not rent the house for events or parties. The space Experience be in contact with nature, the forest and the sea. Perfect for exploring the best beaches in the Niteroi Oceanic Region or spending the day around the pool or grill, surrounded by greenery and with one of the best views of the Marvelous City (Corcovado, Sugar Loaf, Copacabana...) The house has 5 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, and also a dining room, living room with fireplace, games room, four balconies, and a large and well equipped kitchen for your convenience. Almost all windows of the house have sea view. The outdoor area is surrounded by a beautiful combination of forest, sea and sky, in a stunning setting. But unfortunately we do not allow parties and events, with people who are not the real guests of the house. Guest access The house has a garage for threee cars. Guests have access to all spaces in the house, except for the pump house and tool room. Free broadband wi-fi Internet available. A crib is available if requested. There are two facilities not available to guests, as they are out of use: a jacuzzi in the master suite and a waterfall in the pool. Other things to note Water and electricity are included in renting value, but are not unlimited resources. Check out here the included amounts, which are quite sufficient within the normal use: Electricity: maximum of 40 Kwh per day; Water: maximum of 10 thousand liters per week. Values above these will be charged separately. It is not allowed to hold parties, events, barbecues or meetings for people who are not staying in the house.
