Heated and private pool with barbecue integrated into the spacious living room, dining room and American kitchen. Gas water heating and Wifi (200 Mb). 6 bathrooms, 2 of which are toilets (int and ext). The space Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher and extra freezer. Service area equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Large balcony at the back of the house for various uses with beach cabinets and optional access through the side corridor of the house. 4 chairs, sun umbrella and beach table/cart available. Private indoor parking for 2 vehicles + 1 outdoor. Do everything on foot! In just 5 minutes you are on the beach, come back for a delicious swim in the pool, have a barbecue with friends, stroll through the center that is just 80 meters from the house, visit the famous restaurants or malls of Juquehy and then rest on the beautiful balcony of the house to the sound of the birds of the Atlantic Forest. If you need them, the service fee is R$350, including: - Complete bedding with 100% cotton 200-thread-count fitted sheet, sheet and pillowcases. - Bath towels (1 per person) and face towel per bathroom.
