The space Please note: - The room is one of 8 rooms in a building but rest assured that all activities in the room are separate and have a private entrance. - There are 02 washing machines (Large 19Kg and small 07Kg) and 01 clothes dryer 07Kg on the 6th floor of the building, which is the only common activity. Equipment: The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, TV, rice cooker, Wifi, microwave, Security: - The area is well lit so it feels safe to walk late at night. - There are support staff. Ground floor: - Private, street level entrance. - Spacious, can park motorbikes, vibrant and lots of leaves, stairs and elevator doors. - There is a Japanese mini mart on the ground floor, you can shop freely. Upper floor: - 06 Studio Apartments, 01 office and 01 Room with 2 bedrooms. - 01 room in 06 Studio rooms (bathroom, enclosed kitchen) is the room for you. - There will be other guests using the remaining rooms in the building. Rooms: - Plenty of storage space - Bathroom with high capacity shower and towel rail. - The window next to the bed can be opened - lovely in summer. - Curtains block most of the light to make it dark if you want to lie down - There is a balcony where you can enjoy and admire the panoramic street. Accommodation services: We have a daily housekeeper and are available to help. Please don't hesitate to ask for help. Please make yourself at home. Guest access - If you arrive by car and request parking, rest assured that you can park for free right in front of the building. If you move or rent a motorbike, you can leave it on the ground floor of the building. - If you arrive by train, Hai Phong Station is 5 minutes away by motorbike. - You can get everything you need within 1 to 5 minutes of walking - lots of supermarkets, parks and restaurants. Other things to note Check-in time is after 2:00 PM. Upon request, you may be allowed to leave your luggage at the apartment after 9:00 am. Luggage storage on the 6th floor of the building. We can proactively bring your luggage to your room, or you can let us know before you come back to pick it up.
