Just 1.5 block south you'll find the church and convent of San Francisco and 3 blocks more south you are in the hustle and bustle of La Calzada Street. With restaurants, bars and nightlife. It's 20 ft high ceilings create an open spacious feeling and keeping the house cool and fresh. You'll enjoy the plunge pool in the middle of the lounge area and both bedrooms have Air-Conditioning and their own private bathroom. The space Casa Milan is a new-build colonial house, located in a safe area in the city center of Granada. The house is a perfect combination of historic colonial elements and modern amenities. It's 20 ft high ceilings create an open spacious feeling and keeping the house cool and fresh. You'll love the plunge pool in the middle of the lounge area where you can cool off at the end of a hot day. Both bedrooms have Air-Conditioning and their own private en suite bathroom. In the master bedroom you will find a flatscreen tv aswell a little patio in the back of the room. Real hot water from every tap (no electric shower head attachments) means safe access to hot water on demand in shower and all sinks. Other things to note If you are looking for a place to invite all your friends and throw a party, this is NOT the place for you. Electricity costs are extremely high in Nicaragua (the highest in Central America) and the approximate cost per KWH is US $0.50. Please be conscientious about electricity usage and turn off all air conditioners, pool pump, fans, TV and lights when not in use and especially when leaving the house. We strive to be environmentally conscious and to keep electricity usage included in the nightly price, rather than having guests pay a separate amount for electricity.
