Here you will be in a quiet place, and at the same time amongst the action day and night in one of the trendiest areas of Buenos Aires The space Extremely comfortable house located in the Heart of Palermo Soho, two blocks away from Plaza Serrano. It is furnished with the most modern accessories, making your staying a luxurious one. The house is built up in two floors. The first one includes two bedrooms with two queen-size beds, a bathroom, living-room and kitchen-dining room with a view to the patio. Between the two levels there is a mezzanine, where you can find the third bedroom with the two twin beds which can turn into a queen size bed. This room has an ensuite bathroom which is shared with the master bedroom. The second floor is where the master bedroom is located with a king size bed, with on suite bathroom, and exit to the terrace, where the barbecue is located. All the rooms are truly spacious and delicately designed so as to provide the most adequate comfort. Guest access The house is completely for the guests. The terrace and grill are private. Other things to note You should know that Buenos Aires is undergoing a state of electrical emergency ( look for the news: Argentine" Government Decrees ‘Electricity Emergency’ Until End-2017" ) As a consequence, a) you may experience a blackout if the weather is too hot and the city has too many houses with ACs on. - So far we only had a small blackout in the area of house lasting just two hours. - The house has 4 emergency lights and several flashlights b) The city is providing lower tension than normal at peak times. As a consequence the wiring at the house may overheat if you trun on all the ACs at the same time. To avoid that the circuit breakers turn of when they detect overheating, we ask that you: 1) use the great air circulation that the house has by opening the windows whenever possible. 2) Close windows if you are using the ACs and turn them off when you leave the house 3) Alternate the use of the machines and do not have them on all at the same time, using for example, only the bedroom ACs or the common areas ACs.
