The apartment faces the sea of Todos os Santos Bay, with 24-hour security, at a strategic point of the carnival. It has an elevator and guests can enjoy a fitness center, playground, sports court and garage. It is close to restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacies, museums, malls, banks and bus stops, 300 meters from Porto Beach and 800 meters from Farol da Barra. At Carnival the rate is different (ITEM "NOTE") The space The rental suite is equipped with a single bed and a double bed, as well as a closet. It has bed and bath linens. The washing machine can only be used by guests who book at least 3 nights, and laundry can only be done once a week. If you need to wash more, there will be a charge of R$20.00, up to 15 pieces of clothing, per wash. We provide an iron for R$10.00 per use. There are no steps inside the property and there are accessibility ramps in the playground and garage. We have a kitten. During the carnival period, we only work with the "package" modality, where the daily rates cost R$400 for 1 guest, with an increase of R$200.00 for the second guest, and another R$200.00 for the third, and the minimum contracted is four nights. Guest access The guest will have access to the suite, the rooms, balcony, kitchen with its utensils (dishes, cutlery, stove, blender, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker), and the service area. The guest must leave the utensil they use clean. The washing machine can be used once a week, per guest with a stay of 3 days or more. We provide an iron for R$ 10.00 per use. Bed and bath linens will be changed once a week. The electric current in Salvador is 110V. During your stay The host resides in the property and will be available to the guest whenever possible, in person or by phone/message.
