It has a terrace area with living and dining room, club house with mud oven and swimming pool. It is located close to the main hotels in the area, such as: Aranwa, Antica, Rustica, among others. It is illuminated and well-ventilated. The house, furniture, artifacts and tableware is brand new and good quality. To access the sea there is a pass to the front. (approx. 100 Mt.) The guests will have exclusive use of the house. I will be available in case anything is needed. The apartment is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and all the utensils needed to prepare meals.
