All rooms with split air conditioning, and shower with hot water, and 2 social WC. Smart TV in living room. Outdoor area with barbecue, gazebo, lawn, swimming pool, and beach access. We offer beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler, for use on the beach in front of the house. Complete kitchen equipped with crockery and utensils. And a complete dependency on the employee. Smoking allowed only in the outdoor area. For events with up to 50 people, the cost will be R$15,000.00 for the day of the event. Maximum limit of 12 guests, a fee of R$600 per extra guest, per night, will be charged if the established limit is exceeded. The Lessee will receive a check list with all the utensils in the house (dishes, glasses, bowls, cutlery, appliances, furniture, decoration objects, bed and bath linens, and other items) all the items contained, must be kept in their quality, any damage, break or loss, the same must be reimbursed to the Lessor. Bed linens will only be exchanged in stays of more than 6 nights. The power voltage of the house is 220v. Other things to note The electricity consumption during the accommodation will be charged separately. If you are interested, we provide cleaning/housekeeping and/or cook services, these services may be contracted separately.
